At the reception, Chairman Le Van Trung expressed his desire to enhance connection and promote people-to-people exchange activities between the two countries, especially in calling for strategic investors in key sectors such as microchip and semiconductor technology, high-tech industries, new materials, clean energy, trade and services, healthcare, environment, and climate change adaptation.

Toward the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United States (July 12, 1995 – July 12, 2025), Chairman Le Van Trung shared that the City People’s Committee plans to coordinate with the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations to organize a series of Vietnam – U.S. friendship exchange activities.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Frank Joyce sincerely thanked the city’s leaders for their warm welcome. He expressed hope that localities of both countries, especially Da Nang, will continue to expand people-to-people exchange activities, contributing to the building of a sustainable peace, long-term development cooperation, and prosperity for both sides.
